Twins's Trap (ツインズ・トラップ, Tsuinzu Torappu) is the eightieth episode of the D.Gray-Man anime.
Short Summary[]
After the Noah Clan mourns with the loss of Skinn, the twins, Jasdevi (Jasdero and Devit), are ridiculed for not being able to catch General Cross and for being stuck with the bills he leaves for them. They learn that Allen is Cross' apprentice, and decide to set traps for him whilst he and the rest of the group are in the Ark. When all of their traps fail, they reveal themselves to take their anger out on Allen.
Long Summary[]
Kanda lands the finishing blow on Skinn, who crumbles into dust with his death. Road and Tyki react to Skinn's loss, as the Noah inside them grieves. Lulu Bell is shown grieving as well, then Jasdero and Devit show up where Road and Tyki are waiting. The Noah hold a farewell party for Skinn.
Meanwhile, in the hallway after the Skinn Bolic's Room, Allen & co. worry about Kanda not having caught up with them yet. They decide to believe in him and keep moving forward.
The gathered Noahs say farewell to Skinn and reminisce about him, and Road explains about the difference between Skinn's "anger" and their various Noah Memories. All of a sudden, Tyki interjects asking Jasdevi why they haven't captured Cross like the Earl had ordered; they reveal they failed again and are too afraid to face the Earl.
Jasdevi are enraged over how Cross has eluded and humiliated them. Just then, a stack of bills falls out of Devit's pocket; when Road asks about them, Jasdero reveals that on top of eluding them, Cross has been leaving his debts for Jasdevi to pay! Tyki and Road are amused, and Road sees Allen's name on one of the bills, leading her to ask Jasdevi if they "wanna know something interesting?"
As Allen & co. keep walking, Jasdero and Devit spy them from afar, Road having sent the pair after Allen. Road has a cryptic conversation with Tyki about the nature of dreams.
The twin Noahs submit Allen and the others to a series of deadly traps: first, a bunch of empty liquor bottles with a bomb hidden inside the most expensive, then a falling spike trap with playing cards, and finally an exploding roulette table. To Allen's dismay, Jasdevi's traps increasingly remind him of his master Cross. Allen has traumatic recollections about Cross's debts, and the exorcists question whether Cross might be in the Ark somewhere.
The exorcists defuse and win through the traps; after Jasdevi expressed their anger at Allen's cheating, Allen calls them to come out of hiding and the pair promise to show themselves in the room up ahead.
Allen hears a sound behind them, and the floor crumbles quickly as they try to outrun the collapse. Krory uses a bottle of Chomesuke's blood to power on his Innocence and allow him to fly them all to the next room. They arrive in a room that looks like a library, where Jasdevi make their entrance. They declare their anger at Cross and intention to take it all out on Allen.
The twins shoot invoices rolled into paper balls at Allen with their guns, and state that Allen, the apprentice, should pay his master's bills. They attack Allen with Blue Bomb, and Allen counterattacks with Clown Belt. Jasdevi ask Allen if Cross would come out if they took Allen as a hostage, but he flatly denies it. Jasdevi say they're going to use Allen for their own amusement.
